To keep a large government-wide collaboration platform stable, manageable and integrated with existing identity and account-management systems.
Who

Built the Govdex support site on the Govspace platform, giving agencies a dedicated place for help content, onboarding guidance and service updates.
Hosting
Supported the self-hosted RHEL/Linux platform, maintaining uptime and operational reliability under sustained government workload.
Integrations
Integrated account-management tooling with AD and LDAP so collaboration aligned with existing identity systems.
